I'm glad you are getting your shipping problems solved.  But, it's not just with tobacco orders.  During the holidays, everything seems to be screwed up.  We order our dog food from Chewy.com who usually ships with 2 day delivery, and that seems to be the case most of the time.  Last week we ordered and it hasn't arrived yet!  We called them yesterday and were told that their shipping is behind schedule and we should receive our shipment by Thursday! Well, that was yesterday, and nothing yet.  It gets me aggravated mainly because it is prescription dog food.  We will be out after tomorrow!  I hope it gets here soon.  I'd hate to have to buy some crap at Walmart.
