Oh my. She must REALLY want some bread. Made two loaves yesterday.

We have the same mixer, it's a great mixer! We have the grinding attachment and use it to make our own ground meats.
My primary intention was to use this one as an oil expeller/extractor for the relatively large quantity of sunflowers I was cultivating at the time,
but was rather underwhelmed by its performance.
The juice masticator attachment does function quite well.

I bought Cathy a 7qt. At the time it was a Williams-Sonoma exclusive, and only in silver. I think I saw that red come out the next year. Would like to have had a choice in colors.

Red mixes more effectively than other colors (they say). I was actually astonished at how fast and completely the dough got done. 👨🏼‍🍳

Wonderful mixer. One of the few appliances available on the market today that is still made to last years and years.

But you don't need a mixer to make great bread;
see my attached file, a recipe for
Bread. Super easy. In two 4-and-a-half-minute steps.

We have the Professional 5.5, it mixes everything my wife needs mixed! The attachments come in handy and there are plenty available.

We have the 5.5 as well. PLENTY of torque and enough bowl volume to do cookies for a Girl Scout convention. And that RED…well, it’s easy to find. Even at night.

I’m trying to figure out how to sneak that ice cream attachment in here!
