Its another Peterson of course.

Its a "Racing Green" 264 "Canadian "
I just have to show it off, especially since Racing Greens are getting really hard to find. Its my first pipe in the Canadian style.
Here she is with my other Green pipe.

The bowl is thicker walled than the spigot

Close up of the grain and green.

I sure do like it! its a dandy..Going to use it with Boswells Pipers Pleasure,, so I can smoke it around the family , as they dont mind the smell of Pipers Pleasure

I'm green with envy (groan!).
I saw you like Boswells Virginia Slices, might have to try some of that myself the next time by the shop.

Woot! Only five more to go to get an all-green seven day set!

Now don't go giving him any ideas. :p

Nice Canadian! You have some cool Petersons.. . I like Kyle's idea about the 7 day set of Racing green Petes!

I heard Racing Greens were a done deal.?

So it might get hard to find them.

But, I wonder how many are in a wharehouse somewhere, as I dated my new Pete at 1986, according to the silver band,,,well, the band itself was dated 1986, so i guess the the band could have been sitting around for a few years.

I'm not sure if they are still making the Racing Green anymore but I'm sure the factory turned out quite a few of them so they are out there... Just keep an eye on fleabay and smokingpipes' estates. I've seen some greens recently as estates on their site
