Today, a guy who goes by the name "p4p4" posted reviews for 3 different Pease tobaccos and used the exact same words for each one. That's a perfect example of the problem where the review isn't about the tobacco--it's about some type of personal grudge against Greg Pease. He says "Pease is a sort of illiterate blender." :roll: Ha! You can like his tobacco or not, but based on sales volume, I would have to say that's a bit of stretch.

To call Pease illiterate is to say that Frank Lloyd Wright had trouble with spatial perspective. Pease is one of the best writers out there, aside from his blending expertise, and it's always a pleasure to read what he has to say and how he says it. "p4p4" not only duplicated his whaling posts, but even his handle is repetitive. He must be here from the Redundancy Department to inform us he's here from the Redundancy Department. Seriously, Jon should just outright delete such egregious "reviews."

Here is another recent one. You might be a bad tobacco reviewer if you can basically say, "I have tried all of the highest rated tobaccos, and I must say 80% turned out to be pure crap. "

Hahaha. Sooner or later, if you think that 80% of the highly regarded tobaccos are crap, you at least have to consider that maybe your palate is the thing that is crap.
