Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and have a third of a bowl left of year 2010 FVF in a straight smooth dark brown 1896 W.H. Newman, Ltd. billiard with a sterling silver band and a tapered yellow and orange stem with white swirls and an orific bit.

Passing the quarter mark of this bowl of year 2020 Pfeifen Huber Virginia Golden Flake in a 1938 smooth straight brown patent Dunhill R 115 bowling ball apple with a tapered cumberland stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. After Sleepy Suzy eats, I'll let Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave in to eat. No Harry the Hairy or Abner the Eager. Sam the Scamp is snoozin' on top of the cat tree. Wish I could find a home for her. Next week, she goes back outside after having been inside since the scampers were born. I wonder how she'll handle that.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. I may end the day with this smoke.

We gave the lambs their evening treat, part of which is giving them a good scratch! After a shower I'm enjoying GLP Westminster in a Rob Roy along with a glass of Moscato wine. The turkey is almost done. It was a small jenny but it looks like a great dinner!

High-temperature lathe?

Good morning BoBs. Trust everyone had a nice 4th. Having Figgy Pudding in a Don Carlos bent brandy with Columbian morning coffee. A reasonably pleasant 70 on the front patio right now. Predicted high of 99 today so won't be spending much time outside. Quiet and peaceful with Augie in my lap, Charlie in the chair with Carole. Heading inside aoon as I finish this pipe. Have a great day everyone.

Near the half way mark of this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Spending the 4th (Happy 4th, all!) in my shop painting the storm door to my machine shed. Wind this Spring, plus some water damage cracked the mortice & tenon joints on the frame. I milled new parts, glued them up a few weeks back. I made this door in 2002 when I built the machine shed, so know how it was put together. No better time to enjoy a pipe but when you are painting. My Barling 6229 King EXEL with vulcanite bit and MB HH Virginia. Inclimate weather canceled pool and food time at the country club with granddaughter & my lady. Postponed till tomorrow. Par for this wet season.View attachment 19957

Great looking layout!

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am smoking and doing a final edit on my review of Watch City Spumoni in a medium bend fumed tan crackled year 2020 Ahmet Govem reverse calabash meerschaum with a military mount silver band and black acrylic stem. The last of the Gold Star Jamaican Estate Reserve, neat, is my drink.

Now smoking and reviewing Per G. Jensen Blender’s Collection Aromatic #4 in a 1975 medium bend sandblasted looking, smooth on the sides yellow Pioneer meer billiard with a black ferrule and vulcanite stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. It looks like my second set of walking reps will be rained out.

Good Morning!
Warm, humid and overcast, not a pleasant start to the day! I'm sitting outside with GLP Westminster in an MM Apple Diplomat and a cup of coffee.
I hear that! Part of the appeal of my job is that most of the heavy work is done before the sun climbs high. High overnight temps and humidity just crush that motivation.

A third of the way through this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.
