Good morning,
I have not been around much lately, My wife and I had the flu, I also had a couple of teeth crumble and fall apart while eating a bagel-this getting old crap is not easy!
Smoking a Savinelli 616 ks, with Lane LL-7, Mug of Horton`s coffee.

That sucks buddy I hope y'all get to feeling better soon. My wife and I just went through the same bout and she's still feeling crummy.

Sorry to hear about the teeth too, there's peace on the other side of the storm.

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed all the ferals except for the absent Abner the Eager, but I know he'll be here before long. M'lady fed Molly Danger and Sleepy Suzy, who is by my side now.

Did a set of walking reps on this cold, cloudy day, and smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in a slight bent black pattern etched 1977 Lorenzo Lorsan Sigma level top billiard with a gray swirl acrylic saddle stem. Abner the Eager was waiting at the back door when I opened it, so I brought him to eat, and he's been snoozin' since then.

After that, I enjoyed an off diet lunch that consisted of a giant plate of turkey (about two pounds) and brown rice with pine nuts. Desserts were nine mini chocolate eclairs and a Boston cream pie doughnut with unsalted peanuts and two golden delicious apples. More snacking may occur soon. Gold Star 50th, neat, is my drink. Great coffee!

Now smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Watching an MLB TV special on the newly elected Hall of Famer Dave Parker. It's sad to see him dealing with Parkinson's disease. I remember him as a young boy when he played for the Salem Pirates in 1972. I was the bat boy for the Burlington Rangers, but when the Pirates came to town, the Rangers let me be the Pirates' bat boy so that I could be with them. The club knew that I was a Pirates fan.

Dave Parker took special interest in me. He gave me batting tips, worked with me on swinging the bat, and outfield defense. He gave me my first pair of cleats, and one of his baseball bats (wish I still had it). Parker ended up being the league MVP, and everybody knew he was going to be a major league star. He liked kids, and never talked down to any of us. He treated me like a kid brother.

Smoking some Voodoo Queen in a Great Dane spool cob I got from Dave (Blackhorse). I love this pipe! Got a bunch of presents wrapped and put under the tree, looking jolly good for the holidays around the Hodges estate. Starting a new job tomorrow 😀

Just finished smoking year 2019 HU Directors Cut in a 2003 smooth reddish brown medium bend, gold banded 3 Star Ferndown Tudor Root with a tapered black acrylic stem. Great smoke, great pipe, and great conversation with a great friend.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, two and a half pounds of pot roast dinner with freshly made oatmeal raisin and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for dessert. I'm almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2019 C&D Yorktown in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Terracotta 4AB No.108/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Smoking Charatan Rolls in my big old Tinderbox.
Watching Brayden Bringhurst 8600 ft climb of the Whole Enchilada at MOAB.
If you've watched Red Bull you've seen them go down it. Up it is a human achievement like no other and highlighted the mental aspect. I picked up a bunch of mental tips for my ADD as he has it too. Great watch.
