I'm waiting to try the ODF, and am a bit hesitant due to the suspected nic bomb I'll have on my hands. I'm not in Bold Kentucky territory, I don't think. I was hoping for a hot pressed lat bomb or something.

What kind of Va (cased at all?), and what was the time/temp?

Out of curiosity, what do you think would have happened if you added more pressure? Also - is the water to subject the ribbon to moisture alone, to help meld flavors, or do something else?

I think it's a symptom, and not the problem, but that's just me.

This is a result of the instant gratification fixation our society/culture has. IMO.
