    Hello from Idaho

Are there any B & M s up North? When I was in IF there were none. Now there is 1 on Pocatello and 1 in Boise. Nice. You are in a good part of the country.

Oh no! Don't modify it just smoke it. I know it feels odd. But, the restriction is not at the bottom of the bowl. I think it is at the stinger. Anyway, It works just fine. The small bowl makes the session over too soon. IMHO. :cyclops:

It is a special head on the screw. I do not remember the name right now. I drilled it with a drill press. If you need info I will get it. :sunny:

FR: I have made the screw for one that I rebuild/rehabilitated. You can do that if you need to. I do not have a lave ( sp) to make the bottom washer type of hardware but it could be done. My rebuilt bowl does no have the bottom hardware so it is not a necessity.

By to small, I mean that it does not hold enough tobacco. I have not timed the smoke but I would guess 30 min smoke. A normal group 3 or 4 lasts me 1 to 2 hours. Mines has a tapering chamber with straight sides. .89 in deep top diameter .89 in bottom diameter  .5 in

No Mike I do not have any info. You might ask those of us who have Kirsten pipe to measure them. I have what looks like one Mandrain and one Dynasty. They are similar. I guess that they are the standard size. The chambers on them are to small. Can you make larger ones? I would like to have one...

Good idea huffelpuff. I was going to suggest cotton and alcohol. I like mine (Thanks Harry). It is a 1/4 bent stamped H. It is a nose warmer. I have put MC Epitome, a Virginia flake, rubbed out in it with mixed results. That mixture does not like me. I tried H of C Seven of nine, a Virginia...

Natch was the resident Kirsten user on the board. He knew of a member that made bowls for Kirsten pipes. The name was Mike Brissitt. Anybody know of him? :santa: :santa:
