We are supposed to get down into the 18 degree range tomorrow night due to an arctic pattern coming through. I smoke outside on the patio so I will probably end up bundling up in twenty layers haha  How is the weather in everyone elses neck of the woods? I think Im going to have a drink tonight and smoke some bluenote :)

I guess it is a good thing I am allowed to smoke in the garage, although it still gets pretty cold in there too. I might have to smoke something tonight just in case I can't be bothered to face the cold tomorrow.

I have a newborn baby girl, so I am relegated to smoking outside, or in the garage, which is pretty doable, actually. I sit in a camp chair, with a knit hat and down jacket, and am very comfortable. I either bring a book and a head lamp, (it's pretty dim, even with the lights on) or bring a small net book and surf while I smoke. It's doable for now, but my wife promises me a "man cave" in the future. I told her I eventually want to build a Man Tower above a storage shed. With 360 degree windows and a view of the inlet , a wood stove, and overstuffed furniture. Some day...

Basement hamshack for me usually. Sometimes I am outside in the cold. If i am burning old boxes and stuff. Even if the wind is blowing a little and it's real cold, I can smoke a cob and sit on a stool inside my little shed and tend the fire.

30 f in Jasper, Georgia feels like -500 f to these 'southern bones'

I smoke indoors in my MANCAVE!

22 F this morning. Good thing my den is warm and comfy. Will be starting the day with some Dunhill EMP in a Radice Rind.

24 F this AM in Jasper, Ga :rendeer: were prancing in the yard looking for a fat man and his sleigh

I'm in OKC at the moment. Very chilly at nite, 40's daytime. Only smoke when I take the doggies for a walk. I ain't standing outside freezin' my a$$ off for a bowl or a cigar. No pleasure in it!!!!! FTRPLT

You Northern fellows may laugh at this, but it got all the way down to 30F in Georgia over the weekend  If we get 2 inches of snow, I might have to call FEMA

Watta buncha wimps... It's been below zero for days here. What we Manly Men of the North call "crispy". The true cold doesn't start until 30 below.

That's exactly how I felt upon working my first summer in Georgia, when people were complaining about the 'heat' as soon as it hit 90F, coming from Texas where 90 was a really COOL summer midnight ... it really isn't even hot UNTIL you reach 105F and stay there for weeks at a time ...

Well, it just went from crispy to nippy. Minus 22 F with a fair wind (enough to stand P.O.'s flag straight out and clank the chain.)

Taking a practice run for January.

Global warming sure is messing things up.
