Well, whatever the prevailing eBay rules are, the seller specified in the current item description that the winning bidder did not make payment within 24hrs. That payment condition is present in the previous and current item's bid and payment condition.

Unless I'm mistaken, and I'm sure that I'm not, the buyer has 72 hours to make payment according to eBay's rules... I know that I've awaited payment for more than 24 hours many times.

Actually, it's four days... "If the buyer is still registered, please give the buyer 4 days to pay. If you still haven't received payment after a reasonable amount of time, here's what you can do next:"
