So what was in the "suspicious packaging?
That was the glitter bomb from Oregon that led me onto the front porch to discover a wayward Oregonian. Talk about weird coincidences!

Ahh I assumed so. Rather clever.

It's worth mentioning again:

This was an EPIC bombing. Two guys ended up with as much stuff as I did, and I got absolutely ruined.

I was moderately concerned when I knew the squadron was going to be split up to hit two targets last month, because hell, some of us are broke and everyone here deserves that feeling of overwhelming, humbling joy when they realize who and what is involved with being around here. The personal nature, the meaningfulness, and the generosity. Hell, this squadron is so good, three targets might even be viable.

These missions are an absolute joy for everyone involved. You guys are awesome. 8) Keep getting better and better.

Blue capacitors and red playstation remotes. Think we have some smart ***** in the ranks.

Ill be home at 8 or close to it. To see if there's anything left of my apartment... than some pictures are going up...

Cob, rye, and possible federal offence. That's one of those new 5th Ave Diplomats. The bottle and noisemakers are REALLY huge!

Ok, maybe I'm totally lying and that's really a mini cob.
That Bulleit is deceptively smooth, especially for a rye--pairs well with quite a few of those tobacks, I assure you! Kudos to the brother who sent it your way--a gentleman of distinction, no question!

Sparkle George!

Having a whiskey sour before bed makes you a delinquent? I enjoy my liquor, but I'm no lush... Another quality that makes me different than my generation.

LOL! I'll get on it in the morning... I too sick from having 100 bowls in a day, sampling all my tobacco!!!!!

GMF, while I (and probably countless others) are under the same idea that you're probably mature enough to handle a drink, you're on your own for such things, I'm afraid. Such is the way of life, none of us are going to wag our fingers, but we're certainly not going to contribute. Also, this is a public forum--one wrong sniff of illegal activity and it could spell problems...never know who is watching. Sorry to get all serious. :p

Hey, I'm the first one to question the notion of "being old enough to choose to die for your country but you can't have a drink" philosophy.

Well then we shouldn't be mailing fireworks out either. Certainly that's a no-no.
I just got off work and logged on. Been thinking about that all day. While I certainly enjoy getting them, and give a good manly shoulder punch to the unnamed brother who thought to actually send live ordinance on a bombing run, the little wise man's voice in my head that likes to remind me of consequence is telling me to mention it's a Bad Idea to do that. I know he sent them FedEx rather than USPS; I don't know what their rules are about such things. However, they ARE illegal in my state. Granted, it's technically unlawful for me to receive un-taxed tobacco, but once we've stepped up to things that go bang, it's a different rule book. In short, thank you. I love them. Don't do it again. :D

Meanwhile, the young man's voice in my head is saying, "Firecrackers +spear gun +rye whiskey = a really fun weekend coming up. The Evil Squirrel better hide!"
