Glad to hear that! They are good folks to deal with for sure. I think you had an "exception to the rule " with that Pete and this new one you are getting will probably MUCH better

These days (which means it will likely change again) I rather like the 1/4-1/2 bent brady/pot/apple/etc pipes

And yes, I'll be sure to photograph the new 'baby' when it arrives!

I've been using Mark's special homegrown Virginia for first smokes in new bowls (the few I've had recently, anyway...) Carter Hall is pretty good at being easy to smoke in new briar, but if I really wanna see what the briar's gonna taste like when the pipe's broken in, the simple flavor of untreated bacca is pretty unique. Carter Hall in a new cob is really good. Kind of a guilty pleasure to buy a new cob on a whim... :no: :lol:
