Monbla: The title was 'A reflective report on the leadership of implementing a programme of teacher evaluations'. I was interested in the effect that formal evaluations of teachers' practice had on the learner experience. I was working with the hypothesis, 'a teacher evaluation programme has a positive effect on the learner'.
Without going into detail, my findings were conclusive; the evaluation process not only improved the learner experience but also enhanced teacher self efficacy and practice.

Congratulations Stick! I am in the midst of doing my Masters in Education through Vancouver Island University. It's a bit tough because I am in South Korea doing it totally independently, except for residences in the the summers.
I admire and envy you bro! Hearing your accomplishment gives me encouragement. Well done and hopefully I will be making a similar post in about a years time.

That's superb Smithy. Stay with it as it's all worth it in the end. Distance learning is especially tough but if you have a good tutor they should be able to provide you with effective support. Happy to act as a critical friend if it helps.
Tip: get yourself a nice light weight bent that hangs comfortably; makes smoking easier when typing

Thanks bro. Writing Chapter 3...well should be instead of poking around in here. You know, concerning methodology, I wonder if I could consider smoking my pipe and pondering a legitimate method of study. It has had a considerable effect on my paper and produced excellent insights. Perhaps I can reference my pipe and Royal Yacht in the Appendix. I could take a photo of them and include them as figures (e.g., Figure 1.2 This BBB estate bent-billiard is responsible for the wisdom exhibited in Chapter. 5) (Figure 3.1 Five tins of Dunhill Royal Yacht were consumed during the writing of this thesis) Something like that. Ugghh...I better get back to work.
