Well that's great! Seems like they've realized there's a problem with their CS and are addressing it!
 
I wasn't sure what to expect after hearing some mixed reviews. I was a bit shocked and more than satisfied - they didn't ask or question me at all, though it is only 4 oz of LBF.

As good/rapid of a response as any.
 
I have been buying all my tobacco from P&C for the past several years. Never had a problem.
Sorry to hear that others have not been so fortunate, and glad to hear that the problems are being addressed.
 
Well, I got the balance of the order today, along with a hundred dollar girt card towards a $160 or more case of wine out of Cali.....


So, after all the dust settled, all I can say is I'm glad we are through it. I'm glad Russ was able and willing to help.

Good to hear that things turned out well for you. I have had some troubles with P&C customer service in the past, but one thing has remained consisent with them, and that's the fact that Russ is a stand up guy and a helluva tobacco blender as well.
