Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Fed all the cats except for the absent Abner the Eager. Since the rain is gone, I may see him today. I had noticed that the last time Abner was here, he was lightly favoring the same paw he had hurt a while back. Hope he's doing better when I see him again.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. The last of this bag of Gold Star Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy, neat, is my drink. Watching Bat Masterson with Sleepy Suzy by my side and Tomato the Brave by my feet.

Now smoking year 2019 Seattle Pipe Club Deception Pass plug in a smooth straight brown late 1930s Linkman’s Dr. Grabow Deluxe Bruyere 9703B pot with a nickel accent and a black tapered vulcanite stem. Abner the Eager was waiting for me when I went out to do my second set of walks. He had a very slight limp, but was in good spirits.

Finally got the fire going and things are warming up.
I'm about to try out this new to me pipe I got yesterday. I can only imagine who smoked it before me.🤩
c1920 KB&B Bakelite with threaded briar bowl and gold band. I'm going to smoke Mark Twain in it. First threaded bowl in my collection.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've about a third of a bowl left of year 2012 Stonehaven in a 2002 medium bend smooth brown Rinaldo EGEA 03 Silver line spigot 10 with a black acrylic saddle stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

Just over a quarter of a bowl left of year 2014 FVF in a much cherished smooth, brown straight grain three quarter bend 1979 Becker M 4 heart brandy with a black acrylic saddle stem. Haven't smoked this pipe in a long time.

For dinner Lynda made brown rice, quinoa, peas, and, cocktail shrimp. Now I'm enjoying GLP Westminster in a bent MM Washington Rob Roy along with a glass of homemade hard cider.
Sounds really good. Maybe I'll try to make it when I get my taste back. Made portobello mushrooms with pesto, tomatoes, and swiss cheese for dinner. Wife loved it. I might as well have been chewing alfalfa hay. Sucks.

Now smoking year 2014 Strang in a 2003 smooth light brown medium bend straight grain Ardor Venere Extra signed by Dorelio Rovera Dublin with a black acrylic saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Just fed the ferals.

Enjoyed a light low calorie snack, and my last smoke of the day is Watch City American Cut Plug Mixture in a smooth medium bend terracotta Peterson POY 2023 X160 464/1100 military mount egg with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Fed all of the ferals, which took some time, but all of them are happy now. I fed Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger, too.
