Ordered up a Peterson churchwarden on their special offering received today.. Dunno if I'll keep it; will see when it arrives. Kind silly, as I don't smoke in the house and a CW is really an armchair pipe, plus I prefer large bowls and a p-lip so we'll see if this one sticks. I've never owned a CW except for my old clay which I typically break out for Christmas. So Merry Christmas to all the BOB Brothern; hope you have a special Christmas smoke, and best wishes for the coming year...

Crooner in my Rossi Canadian, had Epiphany in my Brigham bent Dublin earlier. Canada Post dropped the ball again, my tobacco was at my doorstep, duty paid, and because they have a technical glitch and can't process my signature they took it back to the Post Office. At my damned doorstep! I'd say it was incredible but...this is what we've come to expect from the employees at Canada Post. 🤬 Very unlikely I'll get it before Christmas now. The Crooner is good, and so is the Bayou Morning I started this week, I will have to content myself with those. And the good company of the BoB.:coffee:;)(y) Rant over.

I did the same thing and one for a friend so we can FaceTime and smoke together while he runs his N scale trains and hang out. He's totally by himself all the time. I think it's important to have contact with people. In person, phone, text, letters whatever. It's always nice to have a friend take the time to talk to you.
We're going to role play two old guys smoking pipes watching trains.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2013 Esoterica Tilbury in a smooth medium bend 1999 Peterson Sherlock Holmes Series Milverton with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite p-lip stem. All the ferals except for Daisy the Feral Princess wanted to go out in the cold. Daisy's the only smart one of the bunch.

Now smoking year 2010 Amphora Original (Brown) in a full bend barley sandblast Peterson 125th Anniversary 1898-2023 No. 172/330 302 brandy military mount with a silver band and a black vulcanite p-lip saddle stem. Harry the Hairy was waiting outside the door, and is happily eating up a storm. Daisy the Feral Princess is snoozin' on her blanket. Dunno where Tomato the Brave and Abner the Eager are. I'll check again before bed time.

Good morning,
Smoking my Caminetto billiard,MB 7 seas regular blend, mug of DD coffee. Relaxing a bit before I start cooking, I have a lot to do,but have no energy or enthusiasm. We are supposed to have my grandchildren over, but my ex son-in law is causing problems as usual ! ho ho ho!
Anyway, I want to wish you guys a Merry Christmas!
Ranger,still praying for your recovery!

Good morning BoBs. Been absent the last couple of days. Figured it was time to catch up. Really busy this weekend and had chemo yesterday which shot half the day. Now I'm stuck with the pump in a pouch for the next 5 days. Royal PITA. Have to keep it on 24 hours a day. EZ, thanks for the well wishes. From the news sounds like you and Bali will have a white Xmas. Had a string of bad luck lately. Won't bore you guys with a long diatribe. Suffice it to say by the end of the month we will have almost 40K in debt to pay off. Maybe Santa will bring us a winning lottery ticket for Xmas, lol. Anyway, wanted to wish all you guys a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Blessed New Year. And Joy to all my BoB friends.

I just stepped outside to enjoy two new goodies: Wilke Surbrug's Bestmake in a pre-republic era Peterson "221" Made in Ireland Prince with sterling silver band. I put 221 in scare-quotes because it was the model number used for the Canadian distributor. I'm pretty sure this is the same as the 406 model. This pipe was restored by Kenneth Lieblich at rebornpipes. If you're curious, you can see what the pipe looked like before Kenneth started the restoration: https://rebornpipes.com/2024/11/30/an-unusual-and-beautiful-peterson-221-sterling-silver-prince/

A third of a bowl left of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger. Daisy the Feral Princess, too. I'll check on the other ferals soon. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Enjoyed a tall stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with unsalted peanuts and a golden delicious apple for lunch. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. The last of this bag of Gold Star 50th, neat, is my drink. All the ferals have eaten.
