It's a sad fng day.

I haven't been able to get in touch with my friend Wayne for days. I finally called the cops for a welfare check.
He died in his chair and they had to break down the door to find him.
He was smoking the pipe I bought him for Christmas watching hockey in his chair. I had talked to him earlier and he sent this picture.
He doesn't have anyone for me to call really. He was all alone.
I'll fly out to make his final arrangements and make sure his wishes are carried out.
Sad day.

I am truly sorry for your loss. But, because of you, he was not absolutely alone. Blessings to you.

Half way through this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Fed all the cats except for the absent Tomato the Brave and Abner the Eager.

King Frog Morton in my Radice Rind Bent Pot. Poor man's Castello "55". I've had this tobacco resting in the cellar since it was released. On one hand, I hope it's better. On the other hand, I don't think this tobacconist is in business anymore...so it might as well be real FM.

Tried HS-3 in the Figure meer this afternoon. It's a nice mild smoke with caramel and a hint of chocolate, the flavour comes through right to the bottom of the bowl but it isn't pushy. Not the kind of thing I usually smoke but it is nice. It reminds me of something I smoked really early on, 20 years or more ago, but I can't remember the name of it, although it was a Thomas Hinds shop blend and popular at the time.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, cod and sugar snap peas dinner with a small bowl of butter pecan ice cream and a slice of egg custard pie for dessert. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2018 Dunhill London Mixture in a brown medium bend 2002 Ser Jacopo Delecta Fatta A Mano R1 sandblast Rhodesian with a smooth extension at the shank with a military mount and a tapered black acrylic stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Abner the Eager came through the rain for food and comfort. I dried him off, and he's eating now.
