Still sunny here.. Erinmore Mixture in a Butz Choquin St. Claude Meer Lined..

My first ever GL Pease blend, Key Largo in the Pete Aran 306. What a FANTASTIC blend..

Royal Yacht in a new danish shaped lattice meerschaum. :king:

Marlin Flake in the Larsen Canadian pictured in my avatar...

This is probably my fifth bowl of Marlin from my first tin ever and I think it's quickly becoming a favorite... Great room note! I find it to be a medium/full flavored VAper with little emphasis on the "per"

I added a pinch of St James perique to one bowl and it was sublime

Habana Daydream in my LaRocca bent Dublin..

Another sunny day.. Dan's Blue Note in a IRC Dijon Volcano...

Presbyterian, in an Ascorti Business pot. Earl Grey on the side.

Big game today!
Man United (scum) @ Chelsea!
Then some "super" game featuring men in tights...

Got some Dunny AM Pipe in my Pete 80S...man I like this blend.

Nightcap, in an Il Ceppo bent apple/brandy.

Oh, and Chelsea was robbed!
Great match though...

It was a great match! Even with two VERY soft penalties...

More Marlin flake in a group 3 Liverpool for me

Last bowl ever of Beacon Extra...just don't like it anymore.

I got my latest order from Smokingpipes.com yesterday and in it was a tin of McC's Virginia Woods. First time with this tobacco for me and I have to say it will not be the last !! I just finished my first bowl of it in one of my Charatan Freehand Relief's ( tanshell) a nice Dublin with thick walls and a tapered bowl with straight grain all around and it was WONDERFUL!!!! Haven't smoked this pipe in almost 15 years ( bought it in '80) and the tin was dated 05 so both had a bit of age on 'em :p I'm geting into this straight Virginia thing after almost 40 years of mostly English/Balkan blends and am liking the change of pace for sure !! Gonna try some of Mr. Pease's Va blends next :p

Lancer's Slices with about 30% of a light cigarette cut tobacco from Borneo, Malaysia. The tribesmen (and some of the women) roll it in nipa palm leaves to make cigarettes. It has a light, delicate flavor and aroma on its own: for some reason, it reminds me of milk! It bites like a pitbull, however. Mixed with the Lancer's Slices, it toned down the latakia, sweetened the blend, and also removed the vast majority of the bite. Not bad at all!

Pipe was an estate Imperial (French) billiard.

Soft doesn't begin to describe it. Awful. Just awful.

Anyway, Fillmore in a Peterson Emerald
