Got it in my secret Santa package :D It actually smokes very nicely, not that I should be surprised at that. The slot at the button comes a bit small but that is easily opened, bout 90 seconds with a tiny file and a cleaner slides right through. Aside from that I can't find a single thing that would lead one to think Kaywoodies are anything but good smokers. As for the Walnut, I'll have to take your word for that as no Walnut shall defile a pipe under my roof  If the reindeer won't eat it, I won't smoke it :santa:

Good Morning All,

Brigadier in a Lorenzetti freehand.

After a mild day, woke up to a couple inches of snow on the ground.

Finally getting the taste buds back in order after a couple of days fighting this cold. Smoked 2 bowls of Walnut in a Kaywoodie Majestic bent billiard and a Kaywoodie Standard 07 billiard.

Opened the five year old tin of Boars Head. The aroma jumped out at me. Smoking a bowl in an Ascorti smooth bent apple. It's really quite mild but has alot of flavor. Does anyone know if Tavern Tobacco is still in business? I checked their website, www.taverntobacco.com listed on the insert in the tin but no luck. I would like to put a couple of tins of this back for more aging.

Good Morning All,
