GLP Haddo's Delight again in the same Peterson rocky donegal. It was so nice last night, I can't resist it again.

14c going up 22c with a possibility afternoon showers.

Nothing planned today except puttering around the house.

A sunset smoke on the patio......
Mac Baren Navy Flake in "speckles" a Pietenpauw Rho...... coffee on the side of course!!
......then off for some home made soup and fresh baked bread!!!!!
......then more Mac Baren I suppose! :bounce: :bounce:

Anniversary Kake in a Peterson emerald 221. This is a small bent and is perfect for a dense flake (broke up) like Dark Star but it works well with Annie Kake.

After-dinner smoke is McClelland Beacon in a Pete Supreme 1s.

GLP Fillmore in a Peterson donegal rocky 120. This pipe is a triplet as I have two others. These are light and just wonderful smokers.

After dinner I commenced to breaking in my new Hardcastle Crown stubby billard with a 50/50 mix of Presb. Margate/Pembroke. (I was told Pembroke ain't nothin but Margate w/ Cog-nak added). The mix really thinned out the cognac flavor. I shoulda been a scientist... :)

Another same tobacco and pipe as the Red Sox game is about to start.

In my Cavachi CCC bent Dublin Condor Long Cut kindly gifted by Piet, thanx my friend, in my swirled carved Ashton Peretti's London flake, Ken
Pacem en Puffing!

Embarcadero in PeeDee's Castello Collection prince.

And coffee.

Always coffee.

:face:

Exhausted Rooster in a Radice virgin Rind bent chubby. (There's like a half-dozen double-entendres in there.)

Presbyterian Mixture in a large SKODA calabash that pipetongue gifted to me last year.

12c going up to 24c and sunny :sunny:

Most of today I'll be out and about doing grim reaper things and will likely be smoking my "car blend blend "Junkyard Dawg".

Well SP, our temperatures are not too different to yours, & it's winter here! Plantation Evening in a Pete Watson.

Pacem en Puffing!

On the deck, watching the sunset and smoking Peretti's Somerset slice in a Brissett commission pipe. A crazy good burley in a crazy good smoker :D

nothing great tonight.

i must admit ive never smoked the prince or carter hall. i picked up carter last night for 3 and change.

yesterday outside in the heat the burley did not agree with me. This evening, in cool wannabe man cave area.................not too bad. wife didnt mind room note and thought it was smooth. also said, but i dont taste anything?

he he

higher quality burleys might deserve further inspection afterall.

i know not a shocking tobacco of great importance to most of you pipers; however, im enjoying experimenting with different things. might actually require a 2nd bowl later for how light this one is.

on a positive note, doesnt scorch palate like some of the stokkebye's i have.

A Fuente Gran Reserva courtesy of a friend.
