Smoking a Savinelli 626, Sutliff vanilla /maple. Mug of DD hazelnut coffee.The rain finally let up for awhile.It`s been a crazy day here with the puppies as they are not used to being in the house due to the rain... Amazon is delivering a large kiddie pool soon. The pups should enjoy that tomorrow.

I'm sitting outside with Sutliff Per G. Jensen Virginia in a bent MM Let Freedom Ring along with a cup of coffee. It's a hot day for New Hampshire but at least there's a breeze!

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and have a third of a bowl left of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Lavazza Classico, neat, is my drink.
Today makes twelve years since we rescued Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger from the kill shelter. Here they are then, and now. Molly is the first one.

They do look alike, but they aren't related. Molly was about four weeks old when we got her, and Suzy was about seven weeks old.

Listing this a little early so I can concentrate on some research: year 2014 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth dark brown 1916 Barling The Hunt with beautiful silver work and a black vulcanite saddle stem with an orific bit. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
Smoking a Bari wiking bent Rhodesian,Capt black royal,mug of Horton`s coffee.Although,I have tried most of the captains blends the royal blue is my favorite. I liked the cooper blend,but sadly they discontinued it without notice. Had I known ,I would have stocked up!
It's a great looking cob, very
"finished" looking, not at all rough.

Now smoking year 2000 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. This will get me to dinner time. Getting ready to clean a few pipes.

For four years, Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave did a lot of walking with me. But, Daisy got fatter and lazier, and Tomato just figured he was going to see me anyway, so he doesn't do much of it now. For about a year, Abner the Eager did a little walking with me, but not lately. Sam the Scamp would do a little of it before she had kittens. Harry the Hairy prefers to observe.
My current order of 14 oz Carter Hall, 7 oz Borkum Riff, and 7 oz Capt Black was assessed $624.77 tariff and duty. I am certainly not paying, and when I get to the bottom of this I will let you all know. I have to believe this is a typo.

Got off the phone with Canada Border Services Corporation and they ran the numbers three times for me...$350 +/-. Something haywire is going on here and I'm not paying $624.77 to find out what. Going to refuse the package - I'll simply leave it, Canada Post can send it back and hopefully SP will reimburse my credit card for the initial purchase. I expect all of this will take 3-6 months. Mad as hell right now. I can make a complaint to CBSC Duty and Taxation but their contact information is inscrutable and intentionally disorganized, as are their tariff and duty schedules...their contact site is down right now for"reorganization". I'm sorry, I'm ranting.
Gonna figure out something to smoke with some scotch and settle down for the night. It'll be in my Anton & Co. Hardwood.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Flake in a straight black sandblasted 1924 Parker’s Super Briar Bark 11 billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This pipe was made in the second year of Parker production. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. The Braves-Padres game is about to start.
