Good afternoon BoBs. Decided to cheat and sneak in a bowl of GLP Quiet Nights in a Randy Wiley freehand bent dublin. Figured if smoking for the last 15 years since my last chemo treatments did exacerbate the cancer, 1 or 2 more bowls isn't going to make much difference. And the radiology oncologist told me this afternoon the tumor was most likely caused because I am positive for HPV. ( human papiloma virus, no relation to HIV) Anyway, they are moving aggressively towards a treatment plan. Seeing the ENT Doc on Monday after which I will start radiation treatments. Every day, 5 days a week for 7 weeks. Will probably cure it but has some nasty side effects. Sore throat, loss of taste, loss of appetite, etc. Oh well, wanted to lose a bit of weight anyway, lol. Sorry for the distribution but thought you guys might want to know I'm OK with this and I will still be following my fellow BoBs. Good evening my friends. Oh, a caramel macchiato is my drink, lol.
Good luck Pardner; hoping for the best possible outcome!

First pipe of the day is a Barling Sovereign bent acorn with saddle stem filled with Watch City Rouxgaroux. I'm drinking lemonade and reviewing for tomorrow's chess tournament.

Enjoyed four half pound cheeseburgers with low sodium potato chips, a small bowl of chili, some unsalted peanuts, and a bowl of French vanilla ice cream lunch. Then, I smoked a bowl of year 2000 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Couldn't post before now because the storm knocked our power out. The last of this bag of Lavazza Classico, neat, is my drink.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. It's still raining, so no second set of walking reps for me today. Our power has been off and on for the last two hours. Hope it stays on now.

Good morning,
Smoking a DePaja bent brandy with Capt black royal, mug of DD coffee. It`s a beautiful day here 70 degrees,no humidity and a nice breeze too. I was lucky enough to catch a tobacco sale @ P &c,I got a pound of PS #23 B&B. This is my new all day smoke. Sadly ,the last 3 tobacco`s I have gotten from Sutliff have been disappointing despite their high ratings.
Sorry to hear that EZ, I admit that I won't purchase a few of the offerings I tried from Sutliff again, but I have really enjoyed others. The ones I enjoy are: Va Slices, Smooth Black and Gold Cavendish, Old Professor, and Mark Twain.

I'd offer you luck but, in my experience, chess is often a psychological evaluation of your opponent's risk limits. Luck doesn't play a large part in it when you play against an equally experienced player. Play well!

P. S.: I am not a good player, I am a risk taker. 🤪 I still wish you well!

Having a bowl of Oriental Silk in my Rossi Lumberman. Too eventful a day to discuss, it involved a junkie attacking my car when I came home. Put together my tariff appeal and will mail it tomorrow. In the meantime, I am hopeful of a quiet week-end.

Thanks for the good wishes, but unfortunately 30 minutes ago I got an email notifying me that the tournament was cancelled. I think your insight into chess and psychological evaluation is interesting.

Passing the last third of this bowl of C&D Warped: Saint Espresso 2024 in an undated, unbranded straight lattice meerschaum military mount with a silver cap and tapered yellow acrylic stem. Working on a review of this blend that goes on sale July 30 at 6 p.m. EST. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

A quarter off the way through this bowl of year 2020 MacBaren Navy Flake in a 2004 Stanwell EM 2004 black sandblasted straight billiard in a gold accent ring on the shank and gold “s” on the black tapered acrylic stem. Haven't smoked this pipe in a long time. It was a gift from my late friend Art Arterburn who is still missed by us.

Our power went out about two minutes after my last post, and came back on five minutes ago. Hope we have no more of that so I can watch the Braves-Mets game without interruption. Dinner's going to run late, too.

Warped King’s Stride in a Peterson rusticated standard system 302 with p-lip, as the resident dove watches me smoke. The pair were determined to build a nest while I was working on the deck, even trying it on ladder rungs. I felt for them, so screwed a 2x10 scrap piece to the underside of some joists and against the beam. They have successfully raised some youngins now.

Relaxing after a wonderful two giant French cut pork chops, sweet corn, and a big baked potato with a few freshly made oatmeal raisin cookies, and a bowl of French vanilla ice cream for dessert. Skipped my usual salad, but will probably have one later since I'm not full. :) I'm passing the first third of this bowl of year 2014 Sam Gawith Best Brown Flake in a straight smooth brown 1933-1945 Comoy’s patent Grand Slam 159 *4 apple with a tapered black vulcanite stem. No coffee tonight due to the humidity. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Sleepy Suzy is by my side as I watch the ball game. Molly Danger is snoozin' in the bed room.
