Passing the first third of this bowl of year 2014 Orlik Golden Sliced in an early 20th century Gordon Special Bruyere 49 apple with a triangular shank and tapered black vulcanite stem. Watching the Mariners-Phillies game.

If this post is not allowed, let me know, but I decided to have a cigar tonight - a Nub Connecticut from the sampler I bought, and I am really enjoying it.

Edit: I put it in my MM Patriot, and it is smoking just fine.

Now smoking Wilke No. 515 Double Shot in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This is No. 515 with twice the rum of the Basil Rathbone blend. I see more of the grain now than I did the day I took the photo you see. The gloss is gone as well, and it, like the Natural and Terracotta, is more like a matte finish. Reading baseball box scores, and before long, I'll feed the ferals, so I may end the day with this smoke.

Long week-end here, starting it with MM 150th in the Cobbler and coffee. Slept very late, the accumulated fatigue of a hot week really wears me down. The house is cool this morning and there is promise that next week will be cooler. Enjoy your week-end BoBs, I plan to.

Good morning fellow BoBs. My 1st pipe in a week. CS Choctaw in a Don Carlos bent brandy with CR morning coffee. A warm 84 already and a bit humid since we had rain yesterday. I've decided to cut back to smoking 1 day a week untill I get through this cancer thing. Have to go in for an endoscopy on Monday to get a biopsy of the spot on my lung. Then the oncologist can decide on a treatment plan. Surgery, chemo, or radiation, or a combo of all 3. Should know more by Tuesday. Going to a car show at Watson Lake later. Usually have between 400 and 500 cars. Lots of antique cars in this town. Have a great weekend my friends.

Have a great time at the car show!

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. It's thunderstorming, so no walks for now. Daisy the Feral Princess is inside the house, and I just brought Abner the Eager in to eat. I just fed Harry the Hairy who was extra hungry. I suppose Tomato the Brave is hiding somewhere as he always does when it rains. Watching the Yankees-Jays game.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am near the half way mark of this bowl of year 2004 Edgeworth Slices in a straight sandblasted black billiard 2013 PSF POY Kaywoodie with an amber colored tapered lucite stem. Gold Star Peruvian Macchu Picchu, neat, is my drink.

Just finished smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Tomato the Brave just showed up, so I'll let him in to eat.

Just finished smoking year 2020 D&R Penhooker Silver in a straight smooth brown undated pre-Republic Peterson Shamrock 263 Canadian with a nickel band and a tapered black p-lip stem. Chatting with my old college room mate.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of Watch City English Ernie-ental in a straight dark brown and tan rusticated Peterson 2023 Saint Patrick’s Day 264 Canadian with an Irish flag colored ferrule and tapered black acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. I saw the sun finally came out, but the ground is wet and the air is so humid that I could almost breathe in water, so I decided not to walk.
