GH Black Twist in an unfinished morta. I wasn't able to achieve the first shape I wanted, so I went with it, ending up with a cob looking thing. I found it had cracks allover, so I stopped production. I lit up some Black Twist, and it smokes fine, it's light and cozy. In my attempts at carving, the Guitar&Kettlebell meer will make my rotation. But I need a Black Twist pipe, as it ghosts so strongly, so this is a good outcome. Maybe @Balisong will like the shape of it.

Amphora Original in an MM General with forever stem. Getting hot again at 95 F, but finished cutting my 7 12 step stair stringers. It took 26 cuts on each board. Mowed the yard and took a nap. Now my reward.

I'm getting in a late night with the aid of Guatemalan/Kenyan coffee that I brewed together, teaching myself how to draw pipes. There's a really cool hexagonal pipe I want to try if I get any more kits. It involves trigonometry, and drawing, and pipes! So I don't mind.

I smoked these pipes tonight, starting with a latakia/perique (Pearl of Shibam Red) in a Scottie Piersel pencil shank pot.

Virginia Maryland Blend, then Virginia Burley Blendbase in a Bacchus meerschaum.

Then Pearl of Shibam Bright in a CAO Bekler meerschaum.

Have had an exceptional busy day. Finished work for the day, and am almost done with this bowl of C&D Virginia Gentleman in a straight smooth dark brown pre-1940s Comoy’s Jost’s Olde English Supreme J299 Canadian with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

I got to sleep in this morning and my wife even cleaned out the French Press so making coffee was a breeze! I'm starting with GLP Odyssey in a bent Apple Diplomat which is a wonderful pairing with a Columbian medium roast coffee. Today we're off to T-Mobile to try to update our phones and swap out our internet gateway for one that holds a charge!
