Good morning fellow BoBs. Starting the week with my go to. Urban Cowboy in the big Don Carlos bent dublin and a big mug of Costa Rican coffee. Still overcast and gray skies today. Predicting scattered showers all day. But the good news is a high of only 75. Should be a nice day for mucking at the HwH ranch. Hoping everyone has a great day.

Nearing the half way mark on this bowl of early 2000s Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Watching Mad Dog Russo. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

I took some Kensington in a Pride on the ride to update my technology. I successfully got the internet gateway replaced and that's up and running. I can't upgrade my 4G tablet to a new deal without cancelling my service for 90 days and I can't trade in my phone for $400 unless I pay a third party $200 to replace the cracked screen.

Virginia Maryland Blend #2 in an Altinay Zulu meerschaum. I ordered six blocks of reject briar and a new MM general, along with two forever stems, from Vermont Freehand. Reject blocks "will probably not render a pipe," but I don't have the bits or the drilling jig to bore a block anyway, and I've been cracking my morta pipe kits so I want to figure out what's going wrong. At a tenth of the price per block, I can work on all the shaping and finishing on the duds.

Bet you'll like that General for a nice long smoke.

Back home after a busy errand day, and am passing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.

Pre dinner smoke of Drucquer Levant in a Design Berlin bent apple sans filter. Earl Gray tea on the side. Waiting for my riding buddy Jim to come pick up his dog that we have been dog sitting for a week. Zippo, glad to see you back buddy. Was beginning to worry about you.
