Doing a mini horse event at the senior living facility near our house at 9:30, then off to serve lunch at the USVets facility at 11. Then home to check on our pups. Riding buddy picked up their little dog Marty yesterday so back to just 3, lol. Relaxing this morning then out to the ranch to ride this afternoon. Finally found a plumber to put in the new water heater for $1000. Not that bad as he is putting in a new expansion tank, new water and gas supply lines and all new brass fittings to bring it up to code. Plus it's a 75 gallon heater and weighs 250 lbs. Got it for $1600 online with free shipping. Way cheaper than the 2800 the local companies wanted. Can't believe how expensive things have gotten. End of rant, lol. Have a great day my friends.
