Hello,
Took a break from the room painting for a quick lunch,Smoking a Pete Rocky xl90 with Sutliff Black cordial, got another pot of Starbucks perking on the stove.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2021 Strang in a late 50s, early 60s Comoy’s straight smooth dark brown Deluxe 20 billiard with a silver cap military mount and a black vulcanite tapered stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Trying to expand my taste ventures and pipe selection. Some Comoys Cask #4 in a Comoy straight billiard with saddle stem. Bought this last year on a P&C sale at what I thought was a good price. Only smoked a few times but smokes pretty good. Reviews say this is the same as PS LNF. I see the similarity but think I prefer the LNF. More tobacco taste and less sweet.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've about a third of a bowl left of year 2000 Wessex Brigade Sovereign Curly Cut in a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Burning out on this tobacco a little. Twenty-one years of age hasn't turned it into a winner. Watching the Braves-Reds game. Going to brew some Community Coffee in a short while.

The venture continues. C&D Billy Budd in a Danish Sovereign vocano. Always thought this was a Hilson but found out it is a Stanwell second. Not sure why it is a second as it has great grain and smokes as good as any of my Stanwells. Iced coffee aside.

Now smoking Watch City Blue Ridge Special in a dark brown smooth straight post-WW2 LHS Certified Purex 79 bulldog with a nickel ferrule and tenon with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Going to work now.

Now that's my kinda pipe!
Thanks Count. Its a lowly 2 star with cross grain in front and back of bowl and great looking birds eyes on the sides with no fills or pits. On the right side is stamped London England over 121 HB. I've been wondering what that HB stands for and need to take a little time and see if I can find some info on it. A smaller pipe that measures .75 width and 1 1/8" depth and has a stinger that I'll leave in while smoking that burns flakes like a dream(y).

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, fed Suzy and Molly, and am smoking D&R VIP in a 2004 smooth long shank Trever Talbot Ligne Bretagne Faite en Bretagne 4/3 lumberman with a black vulcanite tapered stem. Working and listening to Dragnet on the XM.
