Relaxing after a wonderful salad, snapper and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've a quarter of a bowl left of year 2021 Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Evening Flake in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson Ebony POTY 4AB No. 422/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

The good news was I got in three bowls while I worked the excavator. The bad news is I can't get the stupid pump in the transfer tank on the truck to start. I'll try again tomorrow when it's light out. Praying I don't have to use cans.
About to have a quick bowl before dinner of 3 nums coins in my big old briar Tinderbox.

Off to work with a bowl of year 2020 D&R VIP in a 2004 smooth long shank Trever Talbot Ligne Bretagne Faite en Bretagne 4/3 lumberman with a tapered black vulcanite stem. All the ferals except for the absent Abner the Eager are inside and away from the cold. At least the rain stopped.

Winding down with RLP-6 in a Bretton Hall pipe I'm going to refurbish this week along with this little guy. He's a little rough on top, but fixable I think.
I'm going to get everything setup and work on them on a rain day.
Cleaned up the insides and ready to work on the outside. Time for smoke tests now.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am near the first third of this bowl of Wilke No. 515 Double Shot in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This is No. 515 with twice the rum of the Basil Rathbone blend. Emptied the dishwasher, and am reading for a while with Sleepy Suzy by my side.

Watch City Cigar Simply VOriental in a smoky Peterson rusticated standard system 302 with p-lip and Typhoo Extra Strong tea to drink. Earlier, I had Watch City Cigar American Cut Plug in an MM Pride raw cob with forever stem. I really like the ACP blend for how you can pack nice dense cubes of the plug on top of the bowl for extra tastiness. That stuff smoked down to just ashes in the cob. To me, it is one of the finest codger blends.

Not far from finishing this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed all the ferals and my cats. It'll be another busy day. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Good evening, fellow brothers of the leaf! Apologies for being absent lately. Ive been getting up at lunacy o' clock to finish the first draft of a novel (in which a pipe smoker is a prominent character) and work has been spanking me like a wayward politician. But there's light on the horizon! The pipe has kept me sane, my daughter is home frome uni on Saturday and the countdown to Christmas has begun. I'm currently enjoying a Dr. Plumb Lumberman filled with MM965 and a Laphroaig in the garden under a lovely cloud-draped moon. Life is very good, my friends!

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am near the last quarter of this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star 50th, neat, is my drink.
