View attachment 22515I bought a small off brand single serve k-cup machine off Amazon mostly for traveling, that thing brews the best coffee I’ve had from a single serve, strong, flavorful and black as midnight under a skillet. It’s slower than a Keurig which I think is key. On the front porch applying vacuum to a Pete Killarney XL 90 with PA. At 84 years old I’m feeling better than I should considering what I’ve put my body thru.
@WetPipeDreamer I like that saying, and need to remember it!

A very cold day in olde blighty today. But I'm nice and toasty regardless, as I'm sitting next to an open fire filling an Erik Nording Signature freehand with some G&H Seasonal Reserve. Seems a bit early, but it smells like Christmas already. I'm even tempted to hang a stocking on the mantlepiece 🤣🤣🤣.

Wilke Crystal Palace in my Peterson Christmas pipe. Folgers Black Silk on the side.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching Mad Dog Russo. Fed my cats and all of the ferals, except for the absent Abner the Eager.

Enjoyed a tall stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with a golden delicious apple on the side. I've passed the last third of this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Papua New Guinea, neat, is my drink. Getting ready to clean a few pipes.

The lady who adopted the shy orange tabby renamed him Ringo, which I wanted to do, but didn't because I felt the new owners of Sam's scampers should have that responsibility. It was a good decision. I make one of those every year or so. :) Anyway, here's the latest photo of Ringo. Makes me miss him, but I am sure glad that he has such a wonderfully loving home.

On the back porch out of a strong south wind. Enjoying a bowl of PA in my 50 year old Sav 111 ksView attachment 22528.. While researching options for our planned Kansas trip I’ve discovered a ball of twine and a hand dug swimming pool in Garden City are the largest in the world. I’m so excited
Pretty sure I did the ball of twine thing as well as a rubber band ball somewhere and the corn palace in SD all in one go with family.

Here's Kansas big 8.

Back from errands which I hate because they ruin my schedule every time.
Going to cut a chunk off of this G&H Black twist and smoke it in this Bretton Hall I picked up a little while ago.
They spelled my name wrong on the pipe, but I'll forgive them if it smokes good. Turned the photo so it didn't look like an emoji.

Half way through this bowl of Peretti Royal in a black sandblasted medium bend 2013 Mark Tinsky Coral 5 cherrywood with a smooth dark brown shank and bottom with a tapered black briar accented acrylic stem. Got those pipes cleaned, my hands cleaned, and my mind needs a dish rag. :)
