Up early, and smoking year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Have several blends to review, and got another along with three beta test blends. It's going to be a very busy day.

Borkum Riff Original in the Re-Gent for my morning pipe with couple of coffees, watching the coverage of crash at Toronto International. Small miracle, only two passengers of 21 sent for care remain in hospital. All 80 passengers and crew survived. Kudos to flight and ground staff for their competence and compassion.

Earlier, I smoked a bowl of year 2015 Mac Baren Virginia #1 in a pre-1923 smooth dark brown early Comoy’s Prior (Gros, Grenier, Ostero & Cie.) pot with a black vulcanite saddle stem.

Currently, I'm just finishing this bowl of Seattle Pipe Club Virginia Jazz in a smooth medium brown medium bend 1950s B.B.B. Own Make 307 apple with a sterling silver band and black vulcanite saddle stem. Haven't smoked either pipe in a while.

I had to run an errand, and when I got back home, Tomato the Brave was running through this snow crying out to me. He shook the snow off, ran to the back door, and ran in to eat and get warm as fast as he knew how, silly fella.

Enjoyed a tall stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with unsalted peanuts and a golden delicious apple lunch. Sleepy Suzy was by my side the entire time watching me eat. I'm close to finishing this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Jamaican Estate Reserve, neat, is my drink.

Smoking a Design/Berlin Rhodesian ,Capt black copper, Bottle of Pellegrino mineral water. It`s been a stressful day here, My wife and daughter arguing over my daughter`s outrageous spending habits! Sadly, my daughter lives for today and saves nothing for tomorrow...

I'm into the Ls Lavish English in a pretty little no name poker. Finished the garden layout. Have to buy a couple of varieties I missed somehow, hot peppers and peas.
It's my biggest garden ever. Almost four acres. I see a couple of big irrigation and commercial buys coming my way. And maybe a job to pay for it.
I'm getting ready to fire up a new MM Iconic Legend with Lord Nelson. One of my first tobaccos I bought at Tinderbox. The girl behind the counter spent an hour with me and I walked out with 15 different 1oz of Tobacco and a lot more knowledge. Only one crapper. She was good. I fear that's going away.🙁
I have a new audio book to start in the Monster Hunter Universe and a cup of decaffeinated tea. Dogs have all been cycled. Done for the night and putting up my feet.

Wrapping my day up with HS-3 in my Rattray's. Lane claims 1-Q is their most popular, and the most popular blend of tobacco but I greatly prefer HS-3 over it. Hs-3 reminds me of a blend Thomas Hinds used to sell called Pastry Shoppe; likely to have been MCClelland 605, TH gave McC blends "in-house" names. Ribbon cut Va with a generous portion of gold cavendish. Light aroma of vanilla, lemon, and bread. Great room note.

Earlier, because I couldn't sleep, I smoked a bowl of year 2017 Velvet in a straight smooth medium brown post-1940s Comoy’s Tradition 110B billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

Currently, I'm half way through this bowl of year 2016 D&R Two Timer Gold in a straight, black sandblasted pre-1970 Comoy’s Sunrise Etched Grain straight Liverpool 309 with a tapered black vulcanite stem. The snow stopped yesterday afternoon, but came back this morning. I went outside to see if Tomato the Brave or Abner the Eager were anywhere around, but they aren't. Maybe when the sun comes out later this afternoon, they'll venture over our way. And maybe I'll get a snooze in when this smoke is finished.
