Cut up some Mick McQuaid Plug into flakes on my handy dandy antique Tobacco Cutter and gave the Pietenpauw Just-1 it's maiden voyage with coffee #7 on the side, sweet smoking first smoke in what I anticipated being a great plug and flake pipe!

Went for walkabout and had 1/2 pipe full of Darkstar left from just before in the MM Diplomat with the blue and white Forever Stem, finished it off and started up the Paul Becker (from Germany) with Naked Anni. Got home and had a double Cuban espresso and then just finished a bowl of Fire Fly Blend in the Charlie Brown Cob. Maybe no rain today!

Nearly done with Brigadier Black Waterloo in a bent 2013 Rekamepip Rock Cob.

Went to to get the mail and was disappointed that there was nothing for me. I'm drowning in my sorrows (not really) with a bowl of 2003 Dunbar with added Percy Martin Farms year 1991 perique in a 2002 smooth natural straight silver banded Ardor Venere Extra Fatta A Mano Maigret, signed by Dorelio Rovera.

Working my way through some bags that have maybe 1-3 pipes of tobacco in them and giving them a go. Currently it's Bulk No.2020 Matured Cake by McClelland, a bit dried out but smokable and really enjoyable in the Puffin Meerschaum I bought at a B&M in Dunoon Scotland back in 1987, believe it is Isle of Mann Block Meerschaum with the last of the Jamaican Blue Mountain.

Old Dark Fired in a smooth briar calabash shape 1984 Fero Danese made in Italy.

Late afternoon bowl of Murray's blended 965 in a Charatan Perfection 2109DC bent bulldog. Mmmmm aged Murray's is sooo good!
