It's 22:44 CDT and finishing up the day with my usual dose of Lady'N', some Royal Yacht in my Punto oro 512 KS !

Nice Punto Oro there Monbla. did you see where Sykes found some unsmoked Punto Oros from Savinelli when he visited Italy recently?? There's about a dozen or more on the smokingpipes.com site for sale, and the price is UP there. Those are some great looking/smoking briars but IMO $220. each is a bit much. Or I'm just getting frugal in my old age.

Sorry gents about going off topic here.
I'm loading up an Ashton XX Prince made by Jim Craig with some Rattray's 7 Reserve.

Lovely Ashton.
Thanks Sir,
I Love Ashton pipes and the wild and craggy blasts are my favorites. This one has a very unusual grain pattern, the opposite side is quite different as well and IMO the finest British made pipes today. From the very first smoke they are wonderful.

That's not what I'd spend today but it's a damn site better than new "White Spot" prices for a much BETTER pipe in ALL aspects !!

BTW it's 10:27 CDT and time for some more FM 2000 in another Punto Oro 1024 KS Pot! This ons pre '75 when they went to the three digit numbering system for the pipe shapes!

Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in the second pipe I ever bought, a Dr. Grabow Golden Duke rusticated small Billiard.

Not far from finishing this bowl of Jim’s A Blend in a three quarter bend smooth 1985 Dunhill Chestnut 5202 with a cumberland stem.
