Good morning BoBs. Very busy day yesterday so no time for a pipe. Radiation at 7:30, blood draw at 8:30. Home to don Honor Guard uniform, stop by PO to mail off new socks to Zippo, Honor Guard POW/MIA ceremony at VA till 11, home to change clothes, back to USVets to help homeless vets till 3. Finally got home around 4, but too tired to smoke. So, relaxing now with Urban Cowboy in the Calabresi bent brandy and CR morning coffee. Time for just one nice bowl, then back to USVets for the day. Only till 2 today, so maybe another bowl this afternoon. Yeah. Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning!
I slept in and as I was getting up my phone rang, it was my wife calling to tell me she was on the way home with a fever. She's home with a 101° temp and I'm starting a bent MM Apple Diplomat filled with GLP Westminster and a k-cup of coffee.
Bali, hope the wife recovers quickly. Take care.

Trying to sand discolored mold/fungus areas on boards at the bluff with a cordless drill mounted sander pad. I think it will be necessary to bring in the corded belt sander and generator. Relieving that slight frustration with Warped Cloudhopper in a Kaywoodie Prime (? hard to read) Grain 13B. Any guesses on what this pipe is descended from? If you thought it was the Yello-Bole Honey Cured Briar 2213B, I'd second that. To my eye, this is not as nice on the curves. I suspect someone straightened the stem too, but the bowl and shank are different from the 2213B. They are both estates from eBay.

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching the Pirates-Reds game with Sleepy Suzy by my side. Not sure I'll go walking today due to a stiff back. M'lady's going to check on the ferals.

Smoking an old Custom-Bilt original Poker that I had won on E-bay 10 days ago,it arrived Yesterday and after a good clean-up,it`s smoking like a chimney. I stuffed it full with MB 7 seas regular blend, mug of Tim Horton's coffee.
I have never seen a CB original poker before,my smoking buddy hasn`t either, this may be a rare pipe. I have been buying CB pipes for the last 20 years or so and this was the first poker that I have seen,so I bid high and won.

Didn't gain half the weight from yesterday's off diet day as expected, so I enjoyed a all stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with a golden delicious apple on the side. I just finished smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a 1999 smooth brown medium bend Peterson Sherlock Holmes Series Baskerville with a sterling silver band and black vulcanite p-lip stem. Gave the 4AB Natural a day of rest. Lavazza Classico, neat, is my drink. Laid back on the lounge outside with Harry the Hairy. He was as happy as I have ever seen him, and he got a lot of attention. I'm back inside to watch the Braves-Marlins game.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2015 Sir Walter Raleigh in a black 1997 Brebbia Jubilee 925 silver banded grain sandblast briar calabash with a tapered black acrylic stem. Sleepy Suzy must be tired of watching the Braves-Marlins game because she's soundly snoozin' by my side. Daisy the Feral Princess is snoozin' by my feet. Abner the Eager is snoozin' on the couch. Molly Danger is snoozin' under a blanket in the bedroom. Must be nice.

Good afternoon BoBs. Another full day at the USVets stand down event. One incident. Apparently some ahole threw something at my bike, which was parked close to the lunch tables, and made a small scuff in my 3K custom paint. Fortunately I was able to buff it out when I got home. Don't know why he did it but he is damn lucky I didn't see him or he would be missing some hide off his ass. Anyway, finally getting to enjoy a pipe. Thought I would try something different to see if I could get some taste. So it's a short bowl of Molto Dolce in a Molina smooth bent apple with saddle stem. Could actually taste something just not sure what, lol. Tired, so gonna head for the recliner and take a nap. Good evening fellow BoBs.

Good evening BoB,
I'm spending the weekend in Levanworth Washington with my in-laws as I said I would in an earlier post. Very pretty but touristy Bavarian styled town plagued by too many people. Amazing mustard and saurkraut.
I started the day with a bowl of My Mixture 965 in my beater mm cob. Always a nice smoke. I'd like it if I got some time later today to smoke a bowl of something sweeter.
Wishing you all freedom from aches and pains, they seem ubiquitous around here.
